A Vintage Marine Set of a Brass Mini Mariner Schatz Clock with Barometer. Helm Version on Both.

A stunning pair of highly decorative and very useful items – A Schatz clock with barometer mounted on a small oval piece of varnished wood. Particularly well sized for small narrowboat wall spaces.

Both of these items are solid brass and are made in Germany. The clock is manufactured by Schatz and the barometer by Time & Tide Inc.

The clock runs on a quartz movement and needs a AA battery. The barometer has been reset. Both items have been tested over the last few days.

 

They have been mounted to a piece of oval wood by the previous owner and he has done a great job. There is a piece of green baize on the reverse. Both items twist off their mounting and the clock mechanism is accessed from the back.

ITEM CONDITION: Both clock & barometer in very good condition, with minor discolouration on the bezels. 1 small scratch on the wood with a few old  mounting holes on the back. Item will be sent without battery due to postage regulations.

DIMENSIONS: Clock & Barometer – 8cm diameter – (with Helm12cm. Wooden mount – 31 x 16cm.
